  • “Tort Reform” is what they’re calling it. More like “Tort Restraint.” When I watched the preview to this movie the first time, I was floored. We are all sheep to the media blitz bought and paid for by the large corporations trying to prevent those with valid claims from somehow benefitting financially for their carelessness. How many products have been recalled due to REAL defective design? Infant toys with magnets that can be easily swallowed or lead paint that causes brain damage. Whose fault?

  • I want to see this now. I've suspected what she's talking about was true and am glad someone finally put this perspective into a documentary since we're not likely to get it from the corporate news media.

  • This was a brilliant documentary , entertaining , informative, and motivating.

  • Tort reform threw the baby out with the bath water, in the name of creating jobs and protecting corporations from frivolous suits. How many jobs are worth the life of YOUR loved one. Tort is all about the money...for the corporations, who no longer fear accountability, and the politicians they fund. The casualties...our seniors, our young, and our poor. Signature Pointe on the Lake...We witnessed what happened. Your actions killed dad. TX Tort is allowing you to get away with it!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I hope the supply of tin foil holds up after this film hits lol/

  • @pdh1276 I know all about this and have been 50% crippled for 3 years and if hadn't been for the fact the Judge wasn't an out and out Crook but older understanding Gentleman my life would be absolute shit. In the end I ended up getting $200.00 a week small figure till my old age retirement in another 2 years. Yep these are really nice folks we're dealing with now days just sitting in their Toni Offices systimatically Killing us Hard Working Poor Folks. The American Corporate Gangsters.

  • Looking forward to seeing the documentary. Put's consumer rights' into an interesting perspective.

  • Wow ...Susan reminds me of lawyer that I know ...from law to art what a powerful combination ...thank you for opening this area of our culture for public dialogue
