@exacerbatedtaboo Mexican parents. Not all of course, but the ones in severe poverty. They don't usually watch their children at all, so they can run around Goodwill's pushing you out of their way and breaking things, or tapping on glass at animal shelters when they're not supposed to, or laughing and running around excessively loud.

Ya gotta be smarter than the fence.

I laughed so fucking hard when I heard about this. Makes up for the kid that killed lizards at the zoo

@zarathos14 Uhm.. I don't think he was in the wrong at all. I completely agree and for the parents to think they have a leg to stand on would be wrong. It's not bad for Karma. This was honestly a severe case of stupidity. It's like when a person purposely sticks their finger in a lightbulb socket. "Well what did you think would happen?!" ~_~

1. Asking for it.
2. Natural selection at its finest.
By the way at the age of 7, children should have a general knowledge of what is right and wrong, what you should or should not do.
I feel no sympathy. The child won a Darwin Award. There's a lesson to be learned. And anyone DARES to find and excuse or pardon for the parents, please plot your child in front of the screen and EDUCATE them, so that they do not suffer the same fate. It's that simple.

come one, u can pet him. Just put ur hand through the fence
What kind of parents don't watch their seven year old child while he's sticking his hand in a wild animals fence? What were the parents doing while the boy had his hand in the fence? Stupid kid and stupid parents. Wild animals aren't put here for our amusement and entertainment. To think you have an animal trained or tamed is just an illusion.
