U.S. District Judge John Mendez said after deciding to go beyond the 10-year prison term recommended by prosecutors and probation officers.

Piggee's attorney, Johnny Griffin, said his client had substantial mental health issues and was trying to kill himself, not harm others. Griffin had hoped for a lesser sentence

  • It's sad this piece of shit is still alive.

    He tried to burn down his grandmother's house the week before.

  • How did the system fail him? He caused over 55 million dollars in damage, put tons of people out of work, and closed the mall down for an entire year. That's lost revenue, jobs, endangerment to peoples lives, and destroyed inventory. If he wanted to kill himself he could have burnt down his house instead.
