A remarkable feature profiling the chaos and disorder in Serbia during the late 1990s.

Serbia is threatened by a new and popular ultra nationalist movement. They're bringing Bosnia's style of ethnic cleansing to the streets of Belgrade. The collapse of the democratic coalition between Vuk Draskovic, of the Serbian Renewal Movement, and Zoren Djinjic of the Democratic Party, paves the way for establishment of the ultra-nationalists. They're even worse than Milosovich's Socialist Party. The man everyone fears, and who's the likely next president, is mayor of one of Belgrade's districts. Mayor Sheshel is accused of bringing ethnic cleansing to his district. Miroslav Maric, a student activist talks of Croatians and Hungarians being beaten up and told to leave and Sheshel calls a new push to reclaim lost territiories. After the mess left by Milosovic there are many Serbians who still see violence as the way forward. Promising order and discipline, eradication of State and financial mafia, there are elements of fascism in his rhetoric.
