Ruto disowns a Motion of no confidence against Raila

http://www.ntv.co.ke After nearly a week of stormy politics and high frequency rhetoric the temperatures are appearing to cool down over the contested conservation of the mau forest. Agriculture minister William Ruto who led a section of MPs in a dramatic rebellion against prime minister Raila Odinga last week, appeared to climb down further as he disowned a planned motion of no confidence in the prime minister. Several allies of the agriculture minister had indicated that they would take to parliament a motion seeking the removal of the prime minister. .
