  • @sizzla123 The Vedas are the oldest religious stories on earth - they can be traced back in some form as far as mankind - all religions come from some transformation of the vedas including the Ancient Egyptian religions. I think the most universal mantra is Om, you can find it in every religion in some form so I'd start with that. scribd.com/doc/38236701/Mantras-and-Yantras-of-Ancient-Egypt

  • Sensei, At the end of this video, you made a reference to the 12 animal mudra of the zodiac. Is the origin of these mudra also from Vajrayana, or Chinese? Do you discuss/teach these mudra in one of your books?

    Thank you for your time.

  • yea the did. it written on the walls of the pyramids

  • i wonder what they used as matras in kemet(ancient egypt), where all this comes from.

  • very good video

  • Wow Thank you for explaining that, I like to know why & what I am learning when I am about to invest my time and energy into a practice.

I would like to see you do a 2 or 3 part series on the Mudras & their respective Mantras in such a way that one could meditate along with them. So for example the explanation of what the mantras mean could be in a separate video/s as the saying of the mantras.

Anyway Excellent vid thank you very much.
