You are seeing 13 yo Tyler S. training using a 5 lb shot put. the first drill is loaded sling shot torque short pronation snaps "inside of vertical" using Radial flexion that can also be performed with the Maxline technique using ulnar flexion. The next drill is the pendulum wing full motion throws.
Warning!!! these drills can not be performed "outside of vertical" using the draditional motion with out the risk of serious arm or shoulder injuries.
