Percussionist Jim Greiner (www.handsondrum.com) was one of the recipients of the Gail Rich Awards for 2012 as an Artist of the Year for Santa Cruz County, CA.

This award is given to several county residents each year "who inspire our rich and culturally-diverse community. The awards are sponsored by the Cultural Council of Santa Cruz County, and the Santa Cruz Sentinel daily newspaper.

Jim's presentation, including a rhythmic/vocal audience participation segment at the end, was created for this event, and is based upon his Rhythms Of Community Spirit™ (ROCS!) interactive keynote program that he has conducted for hundreds of corporation groups, conferences and communities worldwide.
