I would like to see a single podcast about the role of the mainstream media in this system. I think the lack of responsibility of the media is a key problem for our society because if education could help turning the world around, then only the media is able to reach out to people's hearts & minds. Can't highlight enough how powerful the media actually is and look what they do. Seems to be all crap.

@stefbot It's easy for us to sit on the sidelines and criticize and comment on the protests, but these rallies would greatly benefit from hearing messages like yours. In one respect, yes, they're taking to the streets and waiving signs and shouting and blowing off steam. In another respect, people are gathering together and having a big conversation and a debate about what to do about the situation. My challenge to you: go join that conversation, please, voices like yours need to be heard. TY.

@halo2pc Without knowledgeable people the media will remain that way. They are a market institution with fascistic elements, sure the state controls and manipulates them, but if the people were smart enough to see through the lies and bullshit their propaganda would fall on deaf ears.

@aburling7 Wrong...we need to outgrow the need of the state. That's what Stefan means by educating yourself. What will a revolution right now lead to? We have a highly fractured, state dependent society...any revolution will only lead to a more oppressive government.

I have see the loss of our great factories ,the ponzi scheme that is the FED!!,The total corruption of our political system,corporations and financial structure .The lie that is free trade.Socialism which is all subsidies Propaganda portrayed as news,controlled by the elite.Our military used as a corporate global police force. The main problem with the government assisting with this issue is that the men in Washington who call themselves "The Government" are not our Constitution's idea of who the government is. They are a group of individuals working on BEHALF of the companies being protested. "We the people" are the government and until we wrestle our power back from the infiltrators acting as such, and in the best interest of big business - rather than the citizens - we're wasting our time. We need a revolution!
