The guy who pushed off the other guy missed 3/4 of the ride by waving his arms around and not getting back into the tube. If what miso01981 said is true, this guy is a snake. I wonder if the guy who got pushed did something about it.

This is definitely some misrepresentation in this video!!! The guy who gets pushed over was up and riding the wave BEFORE the guy who pushes him over drops in! In the FULL video, the "pushed" is up and riding the wave, then the "pusher" drops in on the shoulder, fades behind him, THEN pushes him off the wave. So lame whoever that was -- and claiming the way he does! Shame on the editing for cutting out that part of the video.
