to be honest......not a bad portrayal overall. however, i would like to suggest that the driver of the vehicle would most commonly state that they'd had no alcohol....then that would change to one or two drinks. also, the cops would never tell the driver her brother had died on the scene. this is typically done later on after they're in a more sober state of mind.

again.....overall, not a bad job.
