  • Nice series, i don't think you have to put weight on a warm up though, goal being only to warm the muscles and get the cardio up. Im not be clear enough, if you have to force it's not a warm up anymore, Rope jumping , running, dynamic streching those are more likely to be warm ups. If you start too hard on your muscles they will start stacking dioxyde in them because your lunges won't be open yet.
