My Explorer does this...but it sure is fun when the rear breaks loose and drifts around;-) Gonna get some stiffer leaf springs n see if it helps someday. Needs new shocks and poly bushings too...

Take care of that truck, man...it'll last a lifetime. My first ride was an 88, it would still be here today if a van hadn't cracked into the rear axle.

easiest way to get rid of wheel hop is to buy a cheap pair of 30 dollar auto zone traction bars, which take a whole 5 minutes to install.. BOTH :) Trust me, I used to have a 95 s10 4.3 5spd., and that thing wheel hopped bad, specially in 1st gear. those traction bars completely rid of any wheel hop PERIOD.

i have a cheap way to keep you s10 from wheels hopping..... take a stainless hoseclamp and clamp it around your leaf springs right where all the springs touch each other, i know it sounds stupid but it works
