Why offering two 3CH ground radios? How does it compare to the HK-GT3B? Thanks for a feedback - excellent review as always
Free07Style 9 months ago
@Free07Style people usually like to have more choices. Both these 3ch radios work well. The HK-310 is a little more user friendly when programming but the HK-GT3B has a bigger nicer LCD display.

What would be the range of this radio? I need a radio capable of transmiting solidly for 400 meters... Any tips to increase the reception of the reciever or maybe another radio I could use?

@RFTAEC100 not sure what the range is on this radio but I do know that most ground radios are not rated to 400m. The TX output power rating listed in the HK-310 manual is <=150dBm if that helps you figure out the range. If you need more range you could try using a directional antenna like the ones used for fpv, you will need to check if it is legal to do this in your area before trying it.

Hey, what do you use for onboard video? also could you review the hk-gt3b. It is the same as the fs-gt3b but hobbyking rebranded.

@nerdyrcdriver we used a GoPro Hero for the onboard footage. We'll probably do a review on the HK-GT3B sooner or later it all depend on if they are in stock when we order our next round of review products.
