This is the new building for the Public Records Office of Northern Ireland. It is nearing completion. The old building on Balmoral Avenue is due to close in September 2010. The records will then be transferred to this new building and PRONI is due to re-open in the spring or early summer of 2011.
The new building is on Sydenham Road in Belfast's Titanic Quarter and is near to the Odyssey Centre. Bus services from the city centre (Donegall Square) serve this area but are not very frequent at the moment. This may change when the Belfast Metropolitan College's new campus opens. It is currently being built on Queen's Road, not far from the rear of the new PRONI building.
Outward bus stops are at the Odyssey Centre and along Queen's Road. There do not appear to be any public car parks in the vicinity; the one opposite the Odyssey is for its customers only.
