  • Japan already "waving the white flag?" WHAT??? You are a twenty-something little girl who knows nothing of American history and the reasons so many soldiers/airmen/sailors/marines died in WW2. Why don't you get over your little Anti-American cynicism and learn what sacrifice and patriotism really mean. And while you're at it, GROW THE HELL UP!

  • Our corporations loved Russia...they got a monopoly on all business there....wall street funded the Bolshevik revolution...don't forget about the Jesuits

Plus, now we most likely have free energy weaponry

Watch Dr. Judy woods-Andrew Johnson interviews

Those buildings on 9/11 didn't just fall...they DISSOLVED!

History is far stranger than people know...but hey, there really is no such thing as classified information....or a public fool system...we know everything...HA!

  • While I agree that the military industrial complex is a threat to liberty in the US, I think your argument is a little falacious. For one, the Japanese didn't surrender until two days AFTER the second bomb. Second, you're trying to paint this rosy picture of the Soviet Union just because it doesn't have Wall Street. If you think a purely state-run economy is the best way to go, you're an idiot. Don't try and tell me the quality of life is better in communist countries is better because it's not

  • can you say revisionist history?

  • @AdoreLucifer she reminds me of kirstie ally on a bad day. funny thing is, she thinks she's all that

  • Over simplified, but i find her sexual innuedo, looks and naivety appealing. The question is not whether i could fit in your mouth, but how good will you make me feel?

  • The sexiest thing in the world is a woman who knows history. You have a great, and accurate perception of the paradigm. Kudos. You're like a smarter and prettier sarah silverman. Do you study pre 20th century history? Have you read any Zinn? "If you don't know history, it is as if you were born yesterday." Keep up the good work.

  • Nukes?

The USA made the decision to have almost unlimited spending the develop the atom bomb exactly 1 day before the Japanese attacked.

We did this because we knew they were coming and we were planning to finish the war on top, which we did.

Americans(the citizens) for the most part didnt want to enter another War. Something was needed to change their minds. Pearl Harbor

But thankfully they made sure our aircraft carriers werent there in the Harbor to be sunk.We could not afford to lose those.

  • Yeah the Japanese comment was way oversimplified. But I do agree that we didnt have to drop it. We did it to make a point a scare the shit out everyone else.

Yes the Japanese Hierarchy were divided, and there was a coup attempt and all kinds of other things. Aside from that

    Casandra you ROCK!!!!

    Keep it up

  • Do love how people continue to want to believe the lie about the atomic bomb. The war had been won. It was done. The two bombs were dropped on a civilian population to show what we could do. It could have easily been dropped on the ocean or on an unpopulated island if it were truly about showing the Japanese the power we had.

  • @comradebashu Actually, the smarter thing to have done was to allow Germany/Japan to conquer Europe and northern Asia, South Pacific. etc. The US should have just fought them off at our coast lines and borders. The 3rd Reich was built to spill, the entire initiative would have eventually failed, leaving the US standing as the the only world power. Would we have the "problems" with global terrorism or foreign trade debt that we do today?

  • Say what? The Japanese refused to surrender prior to the nuclear bombings. The US even sent planes dropping leaflets of paper saying "You guys should probably surrender. We have a weapon that we dont really wanna use but we will if we have to." And Japan didnt listen.

  • Oh, small clarification: Japan didn't start waving those white flags until after we dropped the bomb. But let's not get bogged down in insignificant details.

  • @AgrivatedKillah enter into a life of civil disobedience and never look back. These barbarians with their silly killing machines are no soulmates of ours.

  • @GMPresents I think we should just leave them alone, not share technology with them and just isolate ourselves.

  • Waving the white flag? What about the Kyujo Incident? And what about post WW2 Japan, Italy, Germany, Korea and post soviet Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia? Better keep it real, miss Bang... ;-)

  • @Frog869 no but I'm thinking of making one. I have a decent BA International Politics Degree, unlike this American bitch.

  • Keep the nukes and remove everything else because if you truly want a peaceful world (and this is directed mainly towards the recent Western coalitions, or the 'War Of Terror' gang) then you have to lead by example, and invading middle eastern countries without the moral justification to do so is no way to lead by example. An easy way to cripple MIC is to refrain from supporting it financially e.g. withhold taxes. They have guns, you have their bread and butter.

  • and also depicting the soldiers who fought in world war two as murderers makes you seem really stupid, do you honestly think world war two was a unjust war? no your right next time lets just let hitler murder millions of jews and allow the world to descend into chaos, get your head out of your ass

  • little to far with this one, your hyperbole on the description of the end of WW2 i hope was sarcastic, and while agreed the military industrial complex needs transparency and honesty, it is a necessary evil, lets see how long your making fun of the military if a nuke went off on US soil, sad truth is nukes are here to stay and disarming ourselves would paint a giant target on innocent civilians foreheads!

  • I'm generally averse to the alarmist nature of conspiracy theories, but your assessment of the post-WWII burgeoning of the MIC is either exactly as you describe OR simply born from cancerous indifference to current events made possible by a populace mollified by a generation of insipid sitcoms.

  • I honestly don't know about the historic accuracy of all this, but mmm-mmm-mmm

I do love watching her tell her perspective.

Let me tell you, the right can keep their Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann. They can eve keep those gals in FOX.

Cassandra Bang blows them away !

  • ok I'll subscribe but you are going to have to come up with a plan to fix this country.

  • Ok so you insult the Irish, my name is Sean Patrick. and i'm all like well its true what she said but not nice! then you spout off all your commonsensical(shut it's a word if i says so) then you do the russian accent! hard to focus on thought provoking stuff if your gonna do sexy stuff in between! :) just kidding i like your stuff so far keep up the good work, i'll be listening and sharing!

  • WAIT_______you complained aboout the cost of the IRAQ war, yet complain about the benefits of other wars here,

someone somewhere will say something, I ...............
