I purchased some Throwing Knives from Mr. Holdout and then every 48 hours or so a Bartender and Gomorrah Prostitue respawns near the back and you can easily assassinate them both for some easy 40/50xp. :)

By the way: is that an ordinary sniper rifle? If not, where can I find one? The only sniper rifle I have seen in Fallout New Vegas so far is being sold at the Gun Runners for about 5500/6000 bottlecaps.
