We agree on gymrats, I work in a gym so I know what you talk about. The point is, for knees in this case, that there are some positions where there is no support from deep muscles or anything other than ligaments and those must not be left the only organs to support all that weight, any professional trainer would tell you that, it's simple anatomy and physiology. Bye. (I'm not hating on those guys, they're cool but some things need a bit more knowing).

It would be a shame for you not to get ripped when other people build strength so easily using "Meatspin" (check it out on google)

It would be a shame if you did not get ripped when other normal people build strength so easily using "MegaMAX Muscle Maker" (check it out on Google).

Actually, the ones who hurt their backs and joints are those who can't understand how to train all their muscles (typical gymrats who only train to get a good look) and end up with huge backs and biceps, but no deep muscles to support them, resulting in different imbalances in their bodies and injuries.

If you ask me, these guys are healthy, happy and have no problems at all. While on the other hand most gymrats can't even run in a straight line.
