@flamesfromblazer As I am well aware, I have two yew bows made by Her Majesty's bowmaker that were a gift from one of the Knights of Malta. I make my own arrows (thread-wrapped fletches, of course).

@twag0735 dude i am having the same problem, i live near the white tanks and its hard enough just find wood for a bow that alone good, strong, and flexible wood.

@insAneTunA True, a friend of mine from Wales sent me a yew longbow. But it takes roughly 7 years to cure and make (a good) one. But it is fast, and deadly accurate. I made my own wrapped fletch arrows from Port Orford cedar.

Persimmon would be a good second, if you can't get Osage Orange. Just make sure the face of the bow is outside (toward the bark) and the back of the bow is toward the heartwood.

@5tonyvvvv Sorry to hear that bro, I have built many bows and if you watch the rest of the series you will see this one is lightning fast for a self bow so I am glad I buthcered it I guess!
