  • @CptnClunge Perhaps its because 80% of the time, most of the time we look at a piece of paper, its vertical, not horizontal. its the quickest and easiest way to find import information. thats my guess anyway.

  • Why did he turn his screen sideways? I was under the impression that landscape had a more 'designer' feel

  • He forgot to mention that as graphic designers we use monitors, chairs, desks, and a mouse... nevermind a graphics tablet...

LOL... I've been a graphic designer for the past 25 years... I can assure everyone that I never had a studio that cost me just a few bucks... LOL Does anyone remember dry transfer LetraSet? That stuff could get very expensive, very fast.

  • @thesupe87 THERE ARE BOTH, LIGHTBOXES AND LIGHTROOM

  • If you get a chance, learning how to use eye tracking may help. With eye tracking, you can actually watch how your users' eyes go over your images/designs and see what they do pay attention to. Probably not a starter's tool, but still, it's a good one.

  • @angie14776 sometimes, when you're not the typical corporate peon type (have fun finding a job where you aren't)

  • @angie14776 If you are the creative type, it is a great career. I love it. When a client handed me a business card I had designed, it was a tremendous rush.

  • @beckett959 i have a socail life and the work that i do and the work that i do can be improved is relevant to computerised gaming which i play this is, modern, new, and, entertaining this is generally the thing that kids at my age may want to do any may thank you for the advise but ill still jope to be a graphics designer xD.

  • @CODMAN931 It's good that you've decided to be a designer so young. You should be totally disillusioned by the time you're 17, and will still be able to have some actual fun. You want to do something with your life? Don't be thinking about dull careers at 13!! You'll end up like me!
