Cable live at the London Astoria LA2 on 18 August 1995 performing 'New Set of Bruises' from 'Down Lift the Up-Trodden', their debut mini album for Infectious Records. The footage was shot by the director of the 'Whisper Firing Line' promo, with the intention of it being used in the promo, but it never happened. Note that Neil Cooper is playing drums, though I'm pretty sure it's near the end of his time with the band. We were supporting Ash, if I recall.
i was in a band that supported Cable at Tunbridge Wells forum back in the day. They completely WAILED. I would like to hear them play again sometime

God I wish they would come back, saw the last gig at dingwalls in 99. Very sad.

Awesome stuff!
I saw you guys play at the Tonbridge Wells forum years ago. Still one of the best gigs I've ever been to.
Would love to see a reunion someday, I'm sure you can teach these new bands a little something:)
