Colonel Macgregor reminds everyone that defense spending $$$ does NOT mean military power; we spend much of our money on JUNK like Stryker trucks that are now being discarded because they are road-bound and vulnerable to land mines--as we warned everyone all along. The American people must wake up and demand their tax dollars be spent wisely on sound military means.

Defense budget helps pay for Olympics? Well, whatever we spend on defense, a fraction of it goes to the troops & that been true since the halcyon days of Reagan-friend-of-the-military: he just weren't friend of anyone in uniform. No Pres. or SECDEF is.
