just wondering why am i watching how other people buy and hoard junk... just when i am trying to get rid off everything i own and start a new, a very minimalistic life... i have just one room.... and absolutely everything i own fits into it... including my bike... now who is humble????

I start decorating for Halloween and Thanksgiving (Canadian is in October) at the end of September. I begin decorating for Christmas the beginning of November

Not only do I decorate for Christmas, I do for each season of the year with all our yard sale finds. I am not sure if it is here nor at freespirithaven but you can see how we decorated outside with Christmas lights. My husband puts up over 3500 sq. ft. of lights. Our house is on the christmas tour for our town!! We even have music playing outdoors.lol. my husband goes nuts!! lol

For me and my family the Holidays begins Oct 1 with the house decked out for Halloween and we go right into Thanksgiving decor and then Christmas. The house is back to its cleared out old self around Jan 15. It's a sad time for me. I Love this time of year! I ahve so much fun decorating!
