I'm confused.. not once have you mentioned what qualifications you have. Are you a physician?? Did you go to college for this? At the minimum... certified personal trainer? I am a kinesiology major and a lot of your videos are giving out wrong information about training/dieting that could potentially injure someone.
Also, how much body fat did you actually lose and not muscle or water weight?

He said he bulked first then went back to lean. Fat that has been hanging around for more than 6 months is a lot harder to get rid of. PS: His advice in this video are useless.

@dannyst4r this information doesn't pertain to everyone's opinion on the "body they want". this is advice on simply gaining muscle mass; your instructions will never be suitable to people that simply want to be thinner.

steps to getting the body you want -
step 1: eat like a fucking elephant! mainly carbs and protein, some veg and a little fat, dont go for the mcdonalds unless this is your first bulk!
step 2: low reps high weight! blast out those reps! mainly compound exercises such as deadlift, bench press etc.
step 3: when you have enough mass start dieting with a high protein low carb diet, do a little cardio and ab work, happy days :) hope thos helps all you newbys out there :)

Hey! Have you considered - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my buddy got detailed 6 pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.

How tall are you? I'm 5'7" and weighed 174 when I started back up at the gym. I've been trying to get my weight up to 185 to bulk up, then scale it back a bit. However after seeing your vid, maybe the 150s isn't so bad. I guess I've always had. skinny guy complex. I'm trying to get in about 2,900 calories a day all from good lean sources and after 4 weeks of consistently hitting the heavy weights and eating have gotten up to 180.

@racsop70 I'm 5'9, so with at the end I was about 157. I also bulked up bad before, 215 with a big belly is NOT sexy :(
