Non-Lethal Weapon

In the town of Crummy-land, Alaska (where candy is illegal) an evil "Candy"-Lord named "Sweet Tooth" breaks out of prison and attempts to reestablish his "Candy Ring". Officers Joe Cannon and Bill Saturday from the "National Elite Ranger Department." (NERD) try to stop this evil "Candy"-Lord in is tracks (with a little surprises along the way).
