CHOPIN Ballade No1 this is CHAIKOVSKY own piano during his stay in MOSCOW, of course it was so difficult to control it to have a good sound, but at the same time it was a very nice experience to me.
Curiously enough Tchaikovsky, for some bizarre reason best known to himself (or perhaps for no rational reason) detested Chopin's music. Poor misguided one!
bravissimo !

You have matured incredibly, Jules. Here you have all the passion, power, poetry and pathos in Chopin's wonderful music-drama.
It would have been fun if you had also played and recorded one or two Tchaikovsky pieces, from "The Seasons", also on this Tchaikovsky piano.
Congratulations, also, for coping with an elderly piano which has seen better days and recording/acoustics of a subprime nature.

Jules ... you are very gifted and play the masters very well. Have you composed a piece yourself? If you have, would you post it to YouTube? Thanks.
