i dont think total control is possible.
do a youtube search on SUPERMAX prisons and you hear about guards getting assulted.
They conduct cavity searches on inmates and the inmates still manage to craft the randomest objects into weapons.
In Roman history, Egyptian and Russian history there have been times when kings and queens have killed their own family members.
So you can have a few leaders of the world but they wouldnt be safe from eachother nor safe from those they enslave.

rockefeller approached aaron because he watched one of his movies and liked it. Russo was a creative man with alot of talent. Rockefeller was a avid fan. So he arranged to meet aaron and then they became freinds. Then aaron found out about that schumks ambitions so he ended the relationship. He tryed exposing the rockefellers as much as he could and now hes dead. RIP my broher. peace and love to all.
