Views of the early/middle Bronze Age Round Barrows (burial mounds) circa 2000BC on the Garth Mountain near Pentyrch, Cardiiff. The place which is alleged to be Ffynon Garw in the book and film 'The Englishman who went up a Hill and came down a Mountain'. The mounds are older than the film suggests

  • My Garth Mountain movie has over 3000 viewings. Wow. I think the fans of 'The Englishman who went up a Hill and came down a mountain' love seeing Fynnon Garw aka The Garth

  • So is Reverend Jones really buried up there somewhere? It makes me wonder how much of "The Englishman" is fancy and how much is fact.

  • @Jupitroid He's only buried up there if he died a long long time ago:-) The story and film are pure fiction but a good story.
