  • He has turned the State from bankrupt and total decline to one of the top tier states in the union. Great job to Daniels, the Senate and House that have tackled the big issues through the years.

  • In case you didn't know, INDIANA IS KICKING ASS. Daniels is proving that government can be fiscally responsible, while also being both effective and efficient in fulfilling its obligations, including those obligations that Democrats say Republicans wish to cut. For example, pay attention to the investments in infrastructure, education, and environmental protections - all with the State's first AAA credit rating in history. Here is to PROMISING FUTURES in the Hoosier State.

  • Yes! A Kentucky joke. That's my governor.

  • @Korporatron9000 what? Its going to disrupt the democrats bribery and kickbacks? Why didnt you say so?! Lets get this thing passed ASAP!!!

  • @Korporaron9000 Did you not listen? The only states growing faster than Indiana are RTW states.

  • Compare the governor's civility and decency to some of the comments below.

  • I have said it before to my family and friends, I believe Gov. Daniels is the best governor the state of Indiana ever had. But, after watching this speech, I believe America has missed one of the best citizens best qualified to be President of the United States.

  • RTW is unnecessary and divisive legislation designed for only one purpose, the curtail money flow to Democrats via unions. It will do nothing to attract new business, as the principal enticement in the form of a 3% property tax cap is already in place (not to mention various special incentives offered at times by Indiana). Further, Indiana is an employment at-will state. RTW is a cynical ploy to bust unions. The bad feeling created by the rush to pass RTW will linger for years to come.
