  • i have a question if i wanna lose wight what happen if i exceed the 70% of my maximun heart rate, will i burn fat or do i burn muscle, i hope you answer me, thanks???

  • @eduardosg21 You will improve your conditioning and there for raise your heart rates ability to burn fat. Meaning you will burn fat at a higher heart rate.

  • I'm a 26 yr old mom. I had put on about 56lbs during my pregnancy. I've got a resting heart rate of 62(bpm). I weigh 121 lbs now. I'm a fan of the paleo diet. I've only ever done cardio workouts 4 times a week for 1hr1/2. I've noticed a few times that resting or having a 30 - 40 minute nap during the day actually helped me lose the weight. Is that possible?

  • @19Ng84 No but breast feeding burns tons of calories.

  • Can somebodyy help me im doing every day like 1000 calorien on my crosstrainer but i see no improvement in it, i was eating nothing last week till diner,but i came to the conclusion that you must eat to burn fat and that you must eat food with good fats, but i want to know my heart ratio so i can burn fat and i think what im doing on crosstrainer became condition training :S

  • Oh hello! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • yea you burn up the all the glycogen in your blood stream at around 10 minutes of jogging. The general rule of thumb is if you can have a conversation or your just not GASPING for air, then you're in the 'fat burning zone'. so after 10 minutes your breaking down fat. Some say this increases fat burning by up to 300%! You can compound this with a fast metabolism. The same kind that natural bodybuilders use work well. Just google "your fit assist maniac" cuz it gives a few examples

  • thanks for the great video! I went for a run this morning and I experienced exactly what you described , even after taking a cool shower and I dried off , the sweat was still dripping from my fore head , back , etc.. what do you recommend at this point of recovery? should I be eating or drinking anything in particular after my run?
