@jgtheman84 The experience of the time spent might be wonderful, but the return (worth) of the time/money/effort is definitely not worth it! With many college degrees unmarketable, high competition, overseas market, debt to worry about--definitely not worth it! But high school guidance counselors and others still push it!

agree with abhimanyu5. Getting a college degree doesn't always mean doors opening for you, networks, and having a job waiting for you. DEFINITELY NOT 100%. It was true 10 or 20 years ago but things have changed drastically thanks to Bush and power hungry people who have destroyed the economy.

What a stupid video. People who went to school especially higher education are stupid with money. They think it's normal to be in debt. Being in debt is being a slave, but i guess college doesn't teach them that. A degree doesn't guarantee crap. Higher education = higher debt

Hmm, do manual intense labor for a career where the peak pay usually never escapes middleclass... orrrrrrrrrr... get a bachelors degree or higher from a decent school to obtain a career that you enjoy as well as make more money. Tough choice, eh?

@abhimanyu5 Maybe it's a lie, or more so not 100% of degrees relate to it. And of course students may not have a job waiting for them... but, obviously college grads get paid way more on average compared to those without a degree.
