Space freighter for Infinity.

A ship i'm making for the game Infinity:The Quest for Earth, but it's not sure it will make it into the game.

if you are capable of designing your own ships, i think the first corporation to design a full scale star destroyer will really make a mark.

Well in game you won't be able to design ships. People work on modelling them now before the game is launched and some of those will be available to use/buy in game.

What class is it? What is its purpose? Civiliian? Military? Economic? Mining? etc. It is really nice and I would love to see this in the game! It would be even better if, when people purchase this ship, you earn some credits or whatever they are using as a currency ;)

I guess it would have been a civilian cargo ship. It was at one time almost game read but the standards for ships meshes was changed and I would have had to do more and so. unfortunately I have given up on making it game ready as there are many more cool ships for infinity out there.

@marianrodu "as there are many more cool ships for infinity out there." but none as cool as yours! Look at it man! Just a few tweeks and this will be the greatest civiliian cargo ship out there! At 0:07 there are 14 large container-like areas! These could be hangers, storage, etc. And at the rear of the ship at 0:20 tgis could be a larger hanger, or even two opening flaps/doors that hide super-massive engines! This is my favorite custom ship I have seen, and I do not want it to die! Great job!

there's an option in SU to smooth the geometry.

Go in the window tab and look for the smooth window.

You can also smooth lines by selecting the delete tool and holding the Shift key.
