Played on SNES9X emulator. Multitask Game Genie code is EE64-54A1

Been a while since I messed around with this. This time, I talk to Ness's sister. Turning the code on and off at specific times triggered something strange. After some text nonsense and inventory pop-ups, Ness gets teleported to Summers (with Paula, Jeff, and a teddy bear) and triggers Buzz Buzz's speech (though I can still move). A recently-discovered glitch triggers a walk-through-walls thing unexpectedly and, following the speech, the game randomly spasms. After the final text bit, the characters are automatically sent to a specific spot and the game plays out the beginning of the intro (if you let the title screen stay visible long enough). Pressing some buttons here causes slowdown and some type of selling thing or something. I've gotten several things to happen at this point, but this is what I managed to get recorded.

  • Sailor tried PSI Starstorm!

  • ...I think all of this strangeness occurred because Ness didn't change out of his jammies like he was supposed to.

     poo

  • @Timsonourside This guy is about the only person I've seen who doesn't like EarthBound. I've seen some dude hating on Touhou as well. Everything else is positive. owo

  • @princessZelda089

And hey do people say the Touhou games suck (or at least that much)? One person, ZUN, produced those. I think Itoi could do this game himself, but he would have to release it on one of the current systems or something since it took so long to develop. That's something I'd wish on no one. xD

DO YOU ACCEPT EATING DA POOPOO? :3

  • @TheIndigoEffect It's amazing, really. 20 hours was short, but every time I beat an old game like this, it felt way better than any of these new ones.

  • I love this video. It sums up everything you can achieve with the multitask code.

  • Earthbound got hurt and collapsed...
