Your guys are eating it all wrong. You cracked open just enough to fit teaspoon in there, then scoop it into your mouth... little bit at a time (don't eat the whole thing at once, it's too big) Also instead of salt, try fish sauce mixed with little bit of melon juice and sugar. This bring out better flavor. Do not eat the hard white part, it's too chewy.

I just ate balut and search mo videos on youtube! :D I once hated balut but now I think I like it, it's not that bad after all =] Do not think that balut is disgusting, It only looks disgusting but tatse good.
