I was in the X-100 house a few years ago. It had undergone a lot of renovation and modernization (major overhaul on the radiant heat system, new roof) but the new owners did a fabulous job. Great work Adrienne, John, Marty and Jane! I sold Eichlers for 28 years in So Cal and loved every minute of it. I don't think I'll ever sell my Eichler in the Fairhaven tract in Orange.

I hope no one ever accidentally left one of those burners on and slid the table over it. A food-warmer might be useful, but that would probably be too much of a good thing.

This is an awesome video but I must note that you got the year wrong. The thing that clued me to that is the fact that the car sitting in the driveway is a 1956 Dodge. But this is still an awesome piece of footage....thanks for sharing it
