this is lovely, I just wondered.. why not skewer the fruit in the opposite direction so you won't have to use another skewer to poke the hole?

Another video on here showed where he cut the top watermelon "skins" off in large pieces. After the carving he shaped them in to leaves and lined the plate with those instead of using other greenery. It was a really neat idea to use basically every part of the watermelon. This was nice!
