@DrmrGuy1979 Ha ha ha seriously mate. Just stop now. All you've told him was gain some weight. If you had any clue about these gymnastic/calisthenic movements, then you wouldn't be talking out of your ass. You build up your strength for the movements around your bodyweight, trying to avoid any excessive bulk which will only serve to hinder. Increased lean muscle mass will be a by product of his training over time, not his goal. Unless your sport calls for mass then it is for the vanity driven.
