I saw this at Kei Kon 2009 and was intrigued by what I saw. The anime looked so interesting... After the contest I ran around the entire convention until I found someone who knew the name of the anime. I just watched Brave Story last night and loved it. I've also just ordered the first two manga and I intend to get the game soon. So it looks like I've got the creator of this amv to thank for my new obsession. Thank you so much!

Thanks! If you get the chance, there's the really good novel out there that the movie and manga was based on. The book was translated and released in America, so should be not too hard to find.

I just watched this movie because I would always see little clips of it in amvs and thought that kid was just so adorable and it looked interesting, but it really was good. Maybe I should read the book...
