@bonafide327 She doesn't get them removed because theres a chance of completely losing your voice when you get them removed, and she's had them since she was a little kid. Like in this performance, she had them. She just learned how to work with it, but obviously having them for a long time means there just going to get worse and I believe thats what happened.
