@Avantgarde1611 - He knows exactly what he is talking about, and he was not the only man that made money off of his stock picks: investors in Magellan (the fund he managed) grew their wealth faster than the S&P 500 for over a decade. His point is a great one - worry about your stocks, not about the rest of the market.
Typical stock advisor guru - makes millions, and hasn't the slightest idea of what he's talking about. But he's got a nice office, suit of clothes, car, home, yacht, and all the sperficial trappings of "success." Unfortunately (for those who rely on him, and others) he's the only one who makes money.
I therefore suggest you check out Soul Esprit and hear the words of a man of God who knows what he's talking about. No fancy clothes, no bank account. Just the truth.
I guess he would predict recessions but I guess i has know about demand and about sustainability. Also mind set of the investors and likely hood of over investment.
Well, Peter Lynch is no Soros, Gross or Buffett.
