First I must mention that this is not the highest quality video but I wanted to share it for the sake of education...
Yesterday we received five tons of apricots to make Apricot wine. With summer coming to a close we need to finish all fruit wine production so that we have room for the grape harvest in September.
In this shot the apricots have already been sent through the slicer and are about to be added to the stainless steel vat. They will sit overnight to increase the juices and yeast will be added tomorrow to begin the fermentation process.
