this is what i do for a living, welder, fab, and i build custom d-shafts, carbon fiber are waaaayyy over rated, i'll build you one...gladly take your 1k, orrrr, spend your money on a stronger, and almost as light aluminum shaft, you will be glad you did.....

@jasin350z "The Drive Shaft Shop" 3.5" Chromoly is the way to go. That is what I replaced it with. I am running more boost now with no fear ;-)
