Too bad the audio isn't perfect . The basses loudness seems to have killed your cameras microphone.
-
Too bad Chris is levels beyond Josh
-
and that is the most badass way i've ever seen anyone play that, using his head every time he stands up to play it
-
god I love improvisation. Keep rocking coheed.
-
i took a pic of him playing the guitar with his teeth at this concert super badass

Chris Pennie butchered this song. I don't know why he got so bass-drum-happy. Chris Pennie will never measure up to Josh Eppard.

He certainly did not butcher the song, you are ridiculous. Maybe you need hear it on the DVD and not my subpar recording.
Leave your Josh > Chris comments somewhere else. Chris is amazingly talented. Josh is as well, but he is no longer with Coheed case closed.
God will those comments ever really see an end? :P

I've seen the DVD, and I still maintain my belief. He altered the drum part in a way that, in my opinion, changes the feel of various sections of the song. It's meant to be a piece where the drums just stay in the pocket, but he alters the beat with more bass drum. And don't even get me started on what he did to the triplets in Time Consumer...

Well fine to each their own, I still find butchered a strong word for this performance.
Realize though, that The Final Cut has always been a song where they experiment, if I could remember which video I heard them say that I would show you.
