@da959 The "SHEEPLE" should Wikipedia "energy density." Scroll down to gasoline, then (way, way down) to li-ion batteries. The fact that gasoline has 65.55 times more energy per pound than the best batteries just may be a factor in the slow development of a practical and AFFORDABLE electric car. While were at it, ALL patents are public and usually expire after 20 years, so the 50+yr old myths that oil companies patented super efficient car parts to keep them secret and unused is BS.

Gee Wally! Did you know that a car can be made that satisfies 90% of the needs of people in America that runs on nothing but batteries and can be re-charged(for pennies)every night for the next day ahead??? Unfortunately, our fine Gov. and the auto manufacturers that are "in bed" with the oil companies won't let that happen..Wake up America!!,you're being played by the powers that be in control and the companies that profit from our own stupidity!! Wake up SHEEPLE!!!!

Funny thing is thar Eddie became a cop in real life.
My father used to own a 1991 Toyota Camry a long time ago in 2000 since I was only six. I loved that car!! It was a fun ride for the whole family.
