  • @jmhollowable Why not? It works on any camera that can be controlled in the Manual (M) mode. Having a macro lens helps a lot!

  • can this be done using standard canon 18-55mm kit lens?

  • @ncs2000 Hardly. Maybe at 55mm and if your bowl or object filled with water is really large. But the water drop won't be that visible.

  • everyone says they nedd pen, but you dont, just look thorugh the viewfinder and watch closely when the waterdrops falls, your eye can see very quikly if its sharp or not

  • @naje39 Yes, you can do it without a pen too but its much easier in my opinion, to focus before the drops start falling.

  • You don't have to have a macro lens or an off camera flash. I would like to get both but you can still take great pictures without them
