What it failed to mention is that disease would kick in through sanitation, toilets flush through pressure applied through pumps that are powered through electricity. We would be living in dark times indeed and people would stand about waiting on their government fixing the problems that would take at least 8 months, disease would arrive within the first few months, you do the math.
