@kyakarot Its probably because there isnt a lot of crime in Japan so the police have nothing better to do.... Im curious, was anyone arrested?

All I hear is your friend yelling at the police being loud. Instead of talking about how many police are there, talk about what happened in a logical way. How can anyone belive your being harassed if you dont tell the whole story. Did you start to make a scene? is that why the police called for backup?. What about the shoes? were they part of murder investigation? Was drugs found by them? what was it?.
