Rock on Joan Jett! The only thing that could've made this movie better was a cameo of the greatest Rock Goddess of all time....oh wait, they did that! :D

the fact that the rock concert thing disappears at the end suggests that most of it is just happening in Shilo's imagination and her father just sees her running around the room, screaming about how she's now seventeen....
