Sick. No animal deserves this torture, period. Dogs deserve better because they have given so much. What animal guards our livestock, sees for the blind, protects us, brings us joy, sniffs out our sicknesses like the dog? Just american culture? No. Dogs have done many services in Asia and are beginning to be recognized for them.

If you think I'm out of my mind then get in your car and haul your ass down to the local animal shelter right now and adopt a dog... I guarentee you if it wasn't an option five minutes before reading this, it won't suddenly be an option now. It's not like getting a goldfish. Spay & Neuter.

Ok everyone is gonna hate me here but I gotta say... these animals are breeding by the litter both feral and domestic. There's no way we can save them all though you would love to. If all these animal rights activists want to do something then stop trying to get ppl to take in these animals making a 10 year commitment to raise a life. Just spawn a massive nation-wide spay and neuter program and deplete the population so they're not available by the truck loads....

I think it's a stigmata we of the Western world have against this. All animals, all insects, all reptiles, all sea creatures, and all fowl are edible when prepared properly. We ourselves would eat just about anything when we were really really desperate. However this is their culture. They are clearly not desperate, they just like the taste of it. We are just as cruel when it comes to slaughtering chickens, cows and pigs. We even hunt for enjoyment.
