Probably one of the the more harder games for Atari but when you are a little kid and don't know how to drive any driving game is hard. A classic game

I have this game lying around somewhere.Haven't played it in years!
Now where did I put my old Atari unit?I lost it somewhere.Might be in the loft I hope.
Anyway,I must admit this game is a bit on the hard side,although after a few goes I got the hang of it.

I'm glad that real-life driving turned out to be easier than this game.
I never quite understood what the blue thing at center middle was supposed to represent. Is it a hood ornament?
